There are three routes to suspending or canceling a NachoCard via the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your account when signed in:
Select NachoCards
- When you select this option, you can either search for a specific card or locate the card you would like to suspend by checking the varying pages.
- Select the card you would like to suspend/cancel.
- Underneath the selected card there will be 2 options, ‘Suspend NachoCard’ or ‘Cancel NachoCard’. Choose to either Cancel or Suspend.
Select Subscriptions
- Select this option on the navigation and search for the specific subscription you would like to update.
- Underneath the selected card there will be 2 options, ‘Suspend NachoCard’ or ‘Cancel NachoCard’. Choose to either Cancel or Suspend.
Select Transactions
- Select this option on the navigation and search for the specific transaction you would like to update.
- Select the transaction and within the informational page, click the URL link of the NachoCard underpayment.
- Underneath the selected card there will be 2 options, ‘Suspend NachoCard’ or ‘Cancel NachoCard’. Choose to either Cancel or Suspend.
It is important to note when reinstating a card, you follow the same steps but choose to ‘Reactivate’ as opposed to ‘Cancel’ or ‘Suspend’.
