To connect a payment source once you are in your NachoNacho account you will have to follow the steps below:

Connecting a US based bank account:

  1. Follow the navigation tab on the left and select ‘Payment Source.’

  2. Select ‘+Bank account.’

  3. Enter your bank information via Plaid.

  4. Log into your bank account and review transactions to confirm two microdeposits made by NachoNacho to ensure a secure connection.

  5. Click on ‘Top up now’ or ‘Enable auto topup’ to fund your account by ACH. It may take up to 5 business days for your funds to arrive.

Connect a debit or credit card:

  1. Follow the navigation tab on the left and select ‘Payment Source.’

  2. Select ‘+Debit card’ or  ‘+Credit card.’

  3. Enter your card details.

  4. Log into your bank account or credit card, and review the transaction made by NachoNacho to confirm the transaction reference number. This is to ensure a secure connection.

  5. Click on ‘Top up now’ or ‘Enable auto topup’ to fund your account instantly.

Wiring funds:

  1. Follow the navigation tab on the left and select ‘Payment Source.’

  2. Select ‘+Wire funds.’

  3. Follow the wire instructions provided and submit the wire through your bank.

  4. After submitting the wire through your bank, you will need to enter in the wire details by going to the Payment Source tab and clicking on 'Provide details of funds wired.'

  5. Wires may take between 1 to 7 business days, depending on if the wire is domestic or international.

There is a $15 incoming wire fee, unless the amount is $5k or higher in which case there is no fee.

It is highly recommended you include ‘for the benefit of ‘your name/business’’ in the wiring instructions.
