Tribes Member: What is Tribes, and how can I redeem perks?

If you’ve been invited into Tribes by your accelerator, venture partner, or community manager - congratulations, you’ve just gained exclusive access to over 300+ software deals and business perks, including AWS, Airmeet, Slack, Apollo.io, Notion, and many more across all software categories. Save big and redeem these free software discounts immediately as a Tribe member. With a premium account, you can access over 800+ software perks and discounts from brands like Zoom, 15Five, Freshdesk, Google, and more. 


First, you’ll need to create a Tribes account. You can do this by either accepting the invite you’ve received via email or by redeeming a perk from within your community’s PerkHub Marketplace. You can see an example of what that looks like here.


 

                       


                               


Now that you’re in the Tribes dashboard, you will want to check out a few features. Anything listed with a purple diamond is a premium feature, which is NOT required for you to access deals in PerkHub, but if you’re interested in accessing all 800+ perks the NachoNacho Marketplace has and other powerful SaaS discovery and management tools, you can request a demo. Another basic feature that’s free to try is Sherlock, which is a powerful subscription analysis tool that will show you what subscriptions your organization is already using. Click the blue “Go to Perkhub” button to access free perks and deals.






On the next screen, you’ll see a list of Perks and deals you can access instantly with no other requirements. Use the filters to find the most suitable perk for your needs. You can also access our complete Marketplace by clicking the “SaaS Marketplace” tab in the left-hand menu, but some of those deals will be premium and inaccessible if you do not have a premium account. 


Lastly, you can offer your product as a Perk if you’re a SaaS business, which will get syndicated through all of our Marketplace instances. 


Once you’ve selected a perk or deal, you can see the eligibility requirements on that page. Ensure you fit those requirements, then follow the appropriate CTA (Call-To-Action). Some perks simply require that you click a link, others will ask you to fill out a form, and some provide cashback after the purchase, which will show up in your NachoNacho account 30 to 45 days after the purchase. You can access the cashback from the “Cashback” tab in the left-hand menu.
