Marketplace Cashback

Marketplace Cashback is the cashback earned from the discounts associated with the SaaS products on NachoNacho’s SaaS marketplace. It works like a rebate. NachoNacho has direct relationships with SaaS vendors, allowing us to offer pre-negotiated discounts on hundreds of products. In the majority of cases, these discounts are available only if you are a new customer.

How to earn cashback:

• You pay full list-price to the vendor

• Vendor confirms with NachoNacho that you are a new customer and meet all qualifications

• NachoNacho makes the Marketplace Cashback available to you in the Cashback tab under ‘Marketplace Cashback' within 45 days from the purchase date
  
  

Cashback is subject to vendor approval. The confirmation and payout from the vendor can take up to 45 days. Some discounts have instant savings and/or credits at checkout and are noted as such in the marketplace. Marketplace cashback/discounts are subject to change at NachoNacho's discretion. Any changes to the cashback/discounts will not affect previous purchases and their discounts.

Some common instances where a user will not qualify are:

• You clicked on another affiliate link prior to NachoNacho's link in the last 90 days
• You signed up for a free trial without clicking NachoNacho's affiliate link first
• The vendor identifies you as an existing user
• Your referral was not properly captured 

If you do not see your cashback after 45 days from the purchase date, please submit this form. Some vendor's only allow investigations within 30 days from the purchase date. If you need assistance with a specific purchase, please reach out to customer service.
