Wingman: When potential clients from NachoNacho show interest in your profile but don’t convert, they appear in the Wingman section on your seller dashboard. When you click the “Pitch” button on the selected prospect, you can potentially send them a one-time pitch to convert them into a Sales Qualified Lead.
Messages: Potential customers can send you a message from your Marketplace profile listing. Those messages will appear in the left-hand menu’s “Messages” section. These questions might pertain to the type of services you offer or cover other sales-related questions. Keep an eye out for messages since responding to them promptly will give you the best opportunity to convert any leads into customers.
